Jeff & Annette’s classic extension breathed new life into their Newcastle-version of the classic Queenslander, capitalising on exceptional views over Newcastle city and surrounds. We used rusticated weatherboard alongside casement timber windows in keeping with the original home, inviting the superb natural light to fill the internal spaces across spotted-gum floors and lining-board ceilings.

Existing subfloor space was converted into an extra downstairs bedroom with en-suite, granting flexibility and privacy for shared living.
