Set on a corner block in the leafy neighbourhood of Lambton.

After owners Rose and Nick found their existing home had mine subsidence issues, they decided to knock down and rebuild.

With thoughtful, creative design from Director Greg Lee of Curious practice. Our team were able to craft a complex lightweight building constructed of concrete ground floor,ply linings and exposed ply ceilings with Galvanised sheet and FC external cladding.

A home that connects to the surrounds. With a sustainable 55m2 ground floor footprint. A pleasure to build and one to watch as this landscape matures’.
