Wickham – Joel and Leonie’s
home-arrow

On a small 200m2 block in Wickham a home was established, built boundary to boundary at the sides. Sitting in a highly affected flood zone made this an interesting layout.

A complex build, with limited site access and neighbours constraints, the results speak for themselves.

This project picked up the Newcastle Architecture awards for new homes, joint winning with a project by Peter Stutchbury.
